Kezhuoer Testing Lab, a specialized hub divided into eight core sections including Component, Hardware, Software Evaluation, Safety, EMC, Simulated Transportation, Environmental, and Reliability Life Testing, delivers expert support for material and product assessments. With CNAS accreditation, our evaluation capabilities expand from home appliances to smart sanitary and personal care products.
Kezhuoer has a 32000㎡ fully enclosed, dust-free, and anti-static high standard production base, among which the AI/SMT workshop has been recognized as the "Zhongshan Manufacturing Enterprise Digital and Intelligent Demonstration Workshop" in 2023. We have 13 SMT lines and 36 AI equipment, most of which are well-known brands such as Panasonic, ASM, SIMENS, YAMAHA, etc. Annual production capacity of PCBA can reach 40 million pieces. Kezhuoer has implemented the full production process application of MES system. The proportion of digital equipment in AI/SMT workshop has reached 95%.
